Managing Attorney
Inkwell is looking for client-centric attorneys with 5+ years of trust and estates experience and an entrepreneurial spirit to establish a practice in various jurisdictions across the United States. Successful candidates must authentically and persuasively convey Inkwell’s vision and mission and must possess a demonstrated commitment to developing a diverse team as well as successful client outreach.
Attorney
Inkwell depends on a team of dependable attorneys to provide responsive, thoughtful advising and document preparation. If you are a licensed attorney with strong client relationship skills who desires to provide clients with the peace of mind that comes with a customized yet affordable estate plan and trusting professional relationship, please contact us. While experience in estate planning is preferred, it is not required. We will train you on the law and the service process offered by Inkwell. You determine your availability; we are looking for attorneys to work on a full-time, part-time, and flexible schedule.
Document Specialist
In order to provide a legally enforceable estate plan, it is critical that the plan be executed in conformity with the relevant jurisdiction’s law. Our Document Specialists are notaries trained to preside over the execution ceremonies. They travel to the client’s home, office or other convenient location to finalize the estate plan.
