Your Inkwell attorney will create a custom estate plan proposal to fit your needs with a fixed fee estimate. After a 50% deposit is received, your attorney will begin drafting your documents.
In just a few weeks, your documents will be ready to review. You and your Inkwell attorney will revise the documents until you approve and then you will schedule a closing meeting.
Schedule a time to sign, notarize and finalize your documents. If you prefer, one of Inkwell’s document specialist will deliver the documents to your home or other location for finalization. All outstanding balances are paid at this time.
As part of your Inkwell legal plan, our team will work with you to make sure your plan is current, comprehensive and properly funded with our Maintenance Program.
